What do I do if I need to return my order?

In the first instance please contact our customer service team at sales@spillcontainment.uk clearly stating your reasons for wanting to return the item(s). We treat each case on its own merits and will work with you to see if a return is possible.

Is it possible to amend or cancel my order?

If you wish to make changes to, or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible by emailing sales@spillcontainment.uk Providing your order has not been dispatched we will endeavour to cancel or amend your order and issue a full refund.

What do I do if there is an issue with the products I have received?

In the first instance please contact our customer service team at sales@spillcontainment.uk within 48 hours of receipt of the items and we will arrange either a replacement or refund as appropriate. 

Our policy is we ask customers to return goods at their own cost if the goods have been ordered in error/duplicated etc. If goods are returned back to us in a resalable condition a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied. However, if goods arrive back to us damaged no credit will be issued.
