What do I do if I need to return my order?
In the first instance please contact our customer service team at sales@spillcontainment.uk clearly stating your reasons for wanting to return the item(s). We treat each case on its own merits and will work with you to see if a return is possible.
Is it possible to amend or cancel my order?
If you wish to make changes to, or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible by emailing sales@spillcontainment.uk Providing your order has not been dispatched we will endeavour to cancel or amend your order and issue a full refund.
What do I do if there is an issue with the products I have received?
In the first instance please contact our customer service team at sales@spillcontainment.uk within 3 days of receipt of the items and we will arrange either a replacement or refund as appropriate.
