How do I place an order?

The easiest way to place an order is to order online through our simple to use website. However, if you prefer, you can email us a purchase order with your requirements.

Do I need an account?

To keep up to date with our latest deals and offers it’s best to set up an online account with us. If you’re just making a one off purchase you are welcome to order as a guest. If you think you or your business may need to order products regularly, take a look at our Credit Account page and drop us an email to find out how to open one with us.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, you can order as little or as much as you like! We’re here to help you.

What payment methods are accepted?

We offer two secure payment portals - PayPal and Stripe, our trusted third party payment partners. However, if you prefer you can place your order and pay by BACS on order, please contact us for the relevant bank details.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

We will send you an order confirmation detailing your order and delivery address.

How do I check my order status?

We will keep you up to date with the progress of your order from confirmation, through dispatch all the way to completion.

Will I get confirmation when my order is dispatched?

Yes you will!

Can I change / cancel my order?

We are more than happy to help so if you can’t find what you’re looking for, just give us a call or drop us an email.

Pricing & Promotions

Are there different prices via phone versus online?

No, the prices are the same whether you call, email or order online. However, if you have an order for a large number of products, do get in touch first as we may be able to offer a bulk discount.

How do I find out about promotions or sign up to a newsletter?

You can sign up to hear about promotions and receive our newsletter on our website. There’s a box in the website footer and a pop up will appear once you’ve been on the website for a little while. Just enter your details and we’ll keep you posted.

How often do you put on promotions?

Usually every month, depending on availability. To find out ahead of time, sign up to our newsletter and follow us on social media! You’ll find the links to our socials in the website footer.

Why have the prices changed on the website?

Whilst we try to be as consistent as possible, sometimes the price of raw materials goes up and therefore, we have to reflect that in our prices.


What is the delivery policy?

The average lead time across the board is currently 7-10 days (we say this to manage your expectations because of the current issues with transport/couriers). However, we can usually get your order to you sooner, and this is what we aim to do.

Where can I find product data sheets?

Some products have downloadable data sheets on their listings. If you can’t find the information you require, just let us know and we’ll provide this for you.

Where can I find out information about chemical compatibility?

Let us know which product you’re interested in and we get this information over to you.

Do you have a catalogue to send us?

We don’t have a paper catalogue to send you because we are all for being paperless and doing our bit to help the environment. However, we do understand that some people prefer the traditional feel of a book or catalogue and find it easier to use. So to compromise, we’re working on a PDF Flipbook - watch this space!
